Following the disposal of the Co-Operative Pharmacy division to Bestway Holdings, CGI were engaged to re-brand 425 delivery vans across the whole of the UK.

• The client had no suitable locations for re-branding to take place.
• Critical medical deliveries could not be disrupted.
• Time critical deadline due to contract clause.

Working closely with the Well Pharmacy delivery team and Peugeot UK, dealer sites were chosen close to pharmacies and a re-brand schedule was created for each site enabling deliveries to be maintained but also the project to be kept on track.

CGI successfully re-branded 425 mission critical vans ahead of deadline and under budget.
