HOW WE WORK
CGI offers a concept to completion service, meaning minimal additional development resource for clients and customers alike.
As all departments have such a close affiliation with the processes and production capabilities involved, projects with CGI run smoothly from initial proposals to completed product regardless of customer location.
For the Automotive sector, GGI follows the various OEM project planning and execution processes to ensure products are designed, engineered and manufactured according to specifications and according to the project plan. Specific project management tools are used to ensure the processes are seamless.
DESIGN
CGI is to a large extent a design-led business. With creativity at its core and only the best in 2D and 3D imaging software and equipment, CGI Design consistently delivers winning designs making it an industry leader in its field.
PRODUCTION
Our design and production teams work closely together at the outset to address potential challenges – a critical control to maintain efficient outputs and cost down initiatives. Production methods are strictly controlled by internationally recognised safety and quality standards.
INSTALLATION
CGI’s installation division which coordinates national campaigns and global graphics fitting services offers 3M & Avery certified knowledge and support. This ensures outstanding results and respective durability for the finished product.
PERFORMANCE
CGI performance products undergo rigorous raw material and final product testing to ensure that we exceed customer specification requirements, as well as our own high quality standards. This includes global Automotive Engineering Material Specifications.
The polymer scientists and ink technologists working in our performance testing laboratories validate inks, face films, adhesives and processing technologies to ensure that they are continuously capable of passing environmental, legislative and specification requirements. We expose our products to accelerated weathering, climatic testing and destructive mechanical tests to intimately understand the performance of our products. We know our products inside out, and the benefits they can bring to your brand.
This is supported by the development and implementation of new products and technologies, one of our areas of focus and passion in the Research & Development team.

Our manufacturing processes are assured through our certified integrated SHEQ management system. It’s rigorously tested and validated through regular internal and external auditing by customers, as well as by our third party certification body.
